Kindness
I grew up believing that being good to people shouldn't come with strings attached. I try to live that out — helping someone, listening, showing up — without keeping a tally of what I'll get back. It's just who I want to be, on my best and worst days.

Humility
I've picked up a lot of skills over the years — SQL, dashboards, automation, things I had to teach myself from scratch. But I never want to get comfortable enough to think I've "arrived." The second I start believing I'm the smartest person in the room is the second I stop actually learning anything.

Fairness
I've seen people get ahead by cutting corners or stepping on others, and I never wanted that kind of win. I'd rather work hard and earn it honestly than take a shortcut at someone else's expense. Hard work should mean something — and I try to make sure it does, for myself and for the people around me.
